I was not sure what to expect when I ordered this CD. I was pleased with what I recieved. It took a time or two of listening to it to understand, trust and use it correctly. The greatest benefit is how quickly I can relax, clear my head and rest during the 30 minute second track which is the actual hypnosis part. I never fail to completely relax and emerge as if I have had a 2 hour nap. I have gotten rid of several afternoon tension headaches using this CD. I am not sure if I am more confident when I wake but I always feel better. Melissa's voice is soothing and relaxing. I recommend this CD for the relaxation value alone.
